Trial Plan

The trial plan is prepared in draft by the Deputy Registrar at the Pre-Trial Conference to record in broad terms the time required for opening statements, examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination of all witnesses and final submissions. The trial plan is settled by the Judge at the commencement of the final hearing.
