Family Law Express gets over 10,000 page views per month and dozens of requests for solicitor referrals, affidavit drafting assistance and various family law assistance requests.

Provided at the following link is an example online legal service we can provide, entitled “Affidavit Proof-Reading Service – Family Law – Children’s Matters“. It is not currently in use and is provided for demonstration purposes only.

This online service is available to any suitably qualified solicitor or law firm. We can custom make similar forms (to your particular requirements), for various family law services, all hosted on Family Law Express, including:

• Affidavit drafting or review service (children matters);
• Affidavit drafting or review service (property matters);
• Proposed Parenting consent/final Orders (drafting or review);
• Proposed Property consent/final Orders (drafting or review);
• Binding Financial agreement service (drafting or review);
• Financial statement document (drafting);
• Co-habitation agreement service (drafting or review);
• Child Support agreement service (drafting or review);
• Medicare Subpoena (drafting);
• Wills (drafting a new Will);
• Advance Care Directive (drafting);
• Enduring Power of Attorney service (drafting);
• Enduring Guardian application service (drafting);
• Family Care agreements (drafting);
• and any other related service.

We will be responsible for directing web traffic and all other technical matters.

All we would require in return is a one-time commission per online service purchase starting at $50 AUD, as well as the meeting of certain service agreements.

The client will remain exclusive to the solicitor or law firm providing the service, as will the income from any future direct service provide to this client.
